Meadows - Pine City/River/kayaks/dogs/firepit/screen porch

The property was very similar to the photos, with a short walk to the river access. We had been concerned that the cabin would be smaller than expected for four adults, but it was very spacious and generally comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking essentials, but there was no coffee. The only issue was that the bunk beds were uncomfortable and very, very squeaky. Any slight movement caused a squeak, and it was so hard to sleep that one person moved to the couch. We would love to visit again, but unfortunately the bed situation is a deal breaker.

Stayed with my college roommates. Enough things to do and quiet enough to just relax and catch up! Happened to catch Art in the Park featuring an ABBA tribute band. Nice distance from the Twin Cities metro area.

Great and well maintained cabin in a secluded setting with a fairly large river just steps away. Spotlessly clean and well stocked with necessities. The hosts are very responsive if you have any questions. Dog friendly too!

Great location! Loved the screened in porch. Close to Banning State Park. Listing mentioned air conditioning, but we couldn’t locate that. They had plenty of standing fans though so it was doable.

We had a great time just relaxing for a long weekend. Being able to bring the pups was so nice as well! They enjoyed themselves too :) I loved having the propane fire in the porch area as it was snowing and raining all weekend. Had all the amenities we needed, I even brought my Keurig because I wasn't sure if there was going to be one and there was! Will be back again!!
